LeDeR Programme annual report published

The national Learning Disabilities Mortality Review (LeDeR) Programme has been in place for a number of years and requires that all deaths of people with learning disabilities are notified on the LeDeR platform and reviewed, to identify areas of care and treatment from which learning and improvement can be identified.

The NHS Volunteer Responders scheme is currently seeking new members in parts of London and South East England, and from September 23rd West Midlands, Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, North East, North West and South West.
