Welcome to the new, joint website of NHS Chorley and South Ribble Clinical Commissioning Group and NHS Greater Preston Clinical Commissioning Group.
Our two CCG’s are statutory separate organisations however we work very closely together, sharing our Commitee in Common of the Governing Bodies.
As Clinical Commissioning Groups (or CCGs), we plan, organise and buy a range of healthcare services for people that live in Chorley, South Ribble and Greater Preston.
With the launch of our new, joint website, we hope to make information as accessible as possible for the residents of Chorley, South Ribble and Greater Preston as part of our wider vision to ensure quality health and social care is available for every member of our community.
You can use our website to find out more about who we are and what we do, stay up to date with the latest news, find out about local health services in your area, and to see how you can get involved in decisions made about local healthcare.
We also have a Youtube channel that you can visit for a selection of videos, produced by the CCG, on topics including coronavirus, social prescribing case studies and the Our Health Our Care programme.
To get in touch with us, please visit the Contact Us page.
To access our wide range of documents, including meeting papers, policies, reports and freedom of information requests, why not visit our dedicated Document Store.
We encourage our primary care colleagues to visit the new GP section which hosts information and guidance for practices. Please note, this page is currently undergoing development and updates will be provided via the GP bulletin in due course.
Struggling to locate something?
Learning from, and engaging with you will ensure that we secure services that are high quality, safe and meet your needs.
As the organisation that buys health services, we can also help you to raise any concerns that you may have, or in certain circumstances investigate your complaint. If it is not something the CCG can help with, someone will help to direct you to the right place.
